Technical consultancy
Il processo inizia dall’ascolto e dalla comprensione delle esigenze del cliente. Analizziamo l’applicazione del prodotto, il mercato di riferimento, i volumi produttivi e le caratteristiche richieste, così da definire fin da subito la direzione più efficace. Questa fase permette di impostare correttamente il progetto ed evitare inefficienze nelle fasi successive.
Choice of materials and technology
Based on the initial analysis, we identify the most suitable materials and production technology . The choice between thermoforming and injection molding is guided by technical, functional, and economic criteria, with the goal of achieving the best balance between performance, quality, and cost. Each decision is made based on the final result and the packaging's intended use.
Prototyping and testing
Before production , we create prototypes and physical samples to verify the final result. This phase allows us to test the container's shape, functionality, and ergonomics , reducing the margin for error. 3D printing is used as a development tool, useful for validating the design and making any necessary changes before final production.
Customizations
Once the technical solution has been defined, we work on product customization . We adapt the packaging to the client's specific needs, modifying the shapes, colors, finishes, and functional features. This allows us to obtain a container that not only performs well, but is also consistent with the brand and the product's positioning on the market.

We transform the project into a finished product, maintaining consistency with the developments in the previous phases and paying attention to every detail.
